Typically used in Indian cooking, add oil to pan then add whole dry spices, then a teaspoon of this. Then fry onions and meat, then add ground spices. Then tomatoes / water to make gravy then done.

Would recommend their hot chilli sauce. I add it to every meal I can just now. Got mine in Tesco but they've stopped stocking. Good news that it may be in Asda. Heat added.
