Get a bike with stablisers then every now and again take them off. Riding a bike is all about pedalling isn't it?

My 2 year olds have tricycles. But it's too heavy for them to push, they're only tiny. So this is perfect for them!

Collected today. Staff were brilliant. Tried my keen 21mo on it and it was a good size.
On the small side for a balance bike but good for us as my boy is quite coordinated with his scooter so i'll take the chance.
Also got £15 of accessories too no quibbles.
Also collected my free pack of AA/AAA batteries from my o2 priority app so a win win win!!
Thanks OP.

For what it's worth people need to understand the concept of a balance bike. They allow a child to go from a balance bike directly to a standard bike, NO STABILISERS at all. My 3 year old son had a BMW balance bike which had a removable crank and pedals, brilliant concept as the main problem with learning to ride is that the pedals catch the child's shins and can hurt. He had an hour on the bike, mastered balance and I fitted the crank and pedals immediately, low and behold he was away on a bike from day one, within an hour! I can highly recommend this product, however it will only be used/required for a day or two and then your child will be on a standard bike, again NO STABILISERS required.

These are amazing, a joy for young ones, both ours rode them confidently from just over age 2 and used them to get everywhere in fact the 3 1/2 year old still does. The older one transitioned from this to a peddle bike at 4 3/4, just needed a couple of weeks with stabilisers then was fine. An amazing product, brilliant for little ones, and the solid rubber-like plastic tyres are perfect.

this is a great deal. works out £4 for the bike when you take in the £15 accessories. I bought this before on HDUK, reserved and when I collected they said you can pick £15 of accessories. I got the lad a Spiderman bell and a helmet for free.

Beware if ordering by click and collect. I did it and they could not find the order. The store were very helpful and ordered again and lo and behold the order was cancelled. Customer service not very helpful but staff at Fenton were excellent. Bought elsewhere. Beware if getting for Xmas gift.
