The software on this is Android based? Can you install Kodi? Also is Amazon Prime Instant Video an available app?

49 has the lower hardware. Only the with 55 + have the faster hardware and firmware.

Picture quality is the same just the firmware is much quicker faster response from the remote. Only noticed because I set the 50 up then the 55 up in the showroom and noticed the difference.

Got this for £309 when I moved into my flat in September. Really happy with it ! Works great for the 4K footy and gaming, no complaints

What are the flagship HiSense 43" TVs?
We've got a decent sized living room but not a fan of a huge TV set if im honest.

I personally think these are fab. I have just
bought two of the 43" units to replace my Samsung ones. I intend to swap all the Samsung units for these. My next purchase will be the 65" unit for the loving room.

Heat for Hisense, ICE COLD for ao.com cowboys.. can't vote. Try to get another firm to price match is my advice.

I sell these and the 40" and 50" run on slower firmware and hardware. The hisense 55" is very fast though and like said above sound is pants. Good deal though

Wish I had known that - I was deciding between the 50 and the 55 a few weeks ago.
Got the 50, and it's amazing. I don't know much about 8bit v 10bit or hdr, but the TV has great picture quality. Very happy

Got this a few weeks ago. Picture is fab although sound is a bit weak in my opinion. Worth having a soundbar with it. Loads of inputs too. feet took ages to attach though

Being as these were £250 during the summer (football promotion), Personally I'd wait for black Friday deals to come along
