Sad but true.
We used to be regular train users but since the summer we have stopped using it altogether even though (if reliable and could be trusted) it would be more convenient to use the train.
Upped for a good deal though for most of the country.

please could someone answer 2 quick questions!?
Does the 12 months begin on the date of purchase? so buy on 23/11/16 and expires 23/11/17?
Also, with the friends and family one, could it be 1 adult and 4 children travelling? or say 4 adults and 1 child?
Thanks in advance

Just worth a quick mention that if you know anyone with a rail gold card ( annual season ticket) they can purchase one of any of the discounted travel cards for someone else for £10.

About half way down the page under subtitle "plus" . National Rails main website, or just ask at your local railway station, we have been buying cards for family for years like this.
You can't even use them all the train services just the other day I heard a guy moaning because the station we was at wouldn't accept it.
