Not true, my year gold ran out about a week ago and I used my 14day code I had held for some time. Currently still on that 2 week trial.

You can't stack them but you can keep reusing them as they expire HOWEVER, as they are 14 day trial codes they only allow for online play and you do not get games with gold while using these.

I feel your pain. I buy most of my multi platform titles on Xbox as a much larger proportion of my friends have one. Plus I do prefer the controller.

Heads up to anyone seeing the cod infinite warfare legacy edition as a great deal:

The EU version includes a cut down version of MW remastered which excludes some scenes (missions ?) and excludes the arcade mode that you can play after completing the single player campaign, which is pretty fun.
This version is currently £31.99 on their website right now, £30.39 with their code.

I used to have a gaming PC, the problem was it was a PC! Spent so much money on building it up just to play Shogun Total War 2 only for it to still chug, hours of googling fixed it but as a PC does for no reason it would play like poo in a few months time again. I don't see PC gaming to be the future, no AAA company cares much for it, steam is flooded with so many bad asset flip games and the Steam Machines failed. The only thing I miss about PC gaming is Counter Strike Source and I do hate that consoles charge to play online (just let people host servers?)

I am not saying I can't afford the games I just like deals.. Hot deals and although it is just my opinion but for me a PC is for work, consoles are for entertainment.

never had an issue and have bought a load of stuff from them and i mean a load. i lost one key (mad max forgot to reseem it on steam) and emailed them and they just resent the old email in 10 minutes. send them the payment date/details they will resolve it quickly.

They aren't really. It's a case of supply. Sony don't allow retailers many digital game codes to sell as Sony wants everyone to pay full whack for games on the PSN. Microsoft who are way more forward thinking in this department allow independent retailers to sell digital codes for the vast majority of Xbox games and don't restrict supply.

*Edit*: So, I had Just Cause 3 and Mad Max in my basket. The black friday code only applied to Mad Max, but the 5% code was better when applying to both, including Just Cause 3. So it might be worth checking these when ordering.

Comment #92 (Calamity James) procedure will skip the queue. Takes a few mins to do and you are straight in. If you do it, just make sure you open up notepad as admin and then browse to the hosts file, otherwise you might get permission errors when saving.
