I doubt will be delivered, I had similar with ANF Cat biscuits at similar reduced price, now showing out of stock and was meant to be delivered 14/10/2016, no sign of it. same thing happened last year. .

the nutritional contents of the dogs food is very important if you want your dogs to leave a long and healthy life. Should always do your research!

Can't help but think there is a 2 missing from the start of the price. 15kg, it will cost them this much just for delivery

I have looked further into mine and under order details it shows as £7.43 refund being processed which is half the amount? I thought that confirmation of dispatch meant that your contract with them was binding.
**UPDATE** Contacted Amazon who have advised dispatch email DOES make contract binding, therefore the refund is apparently an error which they will contact Suffolk about lol. Watch this space haha. Suffolk now claim to be oos. Now had full refund issued but Amazon have contacted Suffolk to say they should re-send at same price once they have it in stock lol

i sent amazon a snotty email saying the despatch email is a contract etc etc.

I had a refund for 1 item even though I had ordered 2. I spoke with Amazon on the phone and moaned that the dispatch email is binding so they have contacted the seller to send the items.Only time will tell but I'm hoping they will honour it.

When an item is fulfilled by Amazon I thought it was Amazon themselves that held the stock, hence the reason you can get next day delivery on them through prime?

I ordered 5, got a confirmation of despatch today but guess what, just got a full refund, let us know how you get on with Amazon fulfilling......

I've had a couple of emails back from the Suffolk group. Also after a refund and dispatch notice stating "Your order has been cancelled and refunded due to lack of stock of merchantable condition I'm afraid."

So I asked why it's readvertised at higher price... The response "That must be a different Amazon Marketplace seller.

I think the Suffolk group have realised the scale of the error.
I contacted Amazon to look into it for me and they said Suffolk group are no longer a marketplace seller. Basically they have issued refunds and left before Amazon told them to send the stuff out yo customers

Suffolk replied to me and said they have run out of stock of 'merchantable quality. me smells bs :laughing:

If they have sent a dispatch email they can't backtrack, it's a binding contract at that point

I ordered 2 bags on Saturday 12-11-16 and received a dispatch email on Monday 14-11-16 , having read the posts on this thread i was worried that i hadn't received the cancellation refund email like everyone else was receiving knowing full well my order probably wouldn't arrive , i rang Suffolk Group ( 01502 371414 ) yesterday and spoke to an employee who informed me they had stock issues and had to cancel / refund in excess of 900 orders and after checking my order they had missed my refund but assured me she would issue cancellation / refund immediately , Amazon did send me a cancellation / refund email later yesterday confirming i would receive funds back into my account within 5 days.

Looks like that is my situation too. Will raise query with Amazon rather than with seller to confirm if this should have been cancelled and refunded

Chatted with Amazon and mentioned that I knew several customers had issues. They have arranged refund as highly unlikely to receive unavailable stock.

the reply I got to having my money stolen was we are a small company who cant be expected to fufill all these orders we used up all our stock blah blah.... the issue isn't cancelling on the misprice its telling amazon you sent it and trying to pocket the £40 odd of money (harringtons is my dogs food and normally stock up at country show but this offer was better)
