Ordered 8 items, said they were all shipped, received 1 in the post then got message today that the others are all out of stock. Really, really poor service. Oh, and no offer of voucher either.

All my 20 odd orders cancelled and refunded.

Yeah I've also got cancellation emails so if that £20 voucher doesn't turn up they'll be receiving some complimentary negative feedback!!

Same here re. helmet think there were two listings one at £20 and another for £39 or £49 (can't remember exactly) I wonder if the more expensive item is still in stock!?!

Derailleur cancelled too :disappointed: but just noticed that as well as refunding my money both emails include a promise to send me a £20 online gift card :laughing:.

Well that is disappointing - just had a cancellation email on the helmet :disappointed:. Hopefully the derailleur will still come through.

Thanks for this OP - I managed to get the Boarman Carbon Pro in the large size before it sold out and then was also fortunate enough to pick up a Shimano SLX RD-M675 Rear Derailleur for only £5. It sold out before I had a chance to add it here but would not have seen it at all without your post - thanks once again.

this is a great helmet. its really comfy and its light. if you are doing any distance on a bike you do notice the difference. luckily ive never had to test its safety, but as far as everything else goes, i cant fault it.
