Do you know if there is anyway to get it to just show the tracks it has videos for? I like a good music video but the constant ads on Vevo get old very fast, as a paid service this hopefully won't have that problem...

Not sure why this is expired as clicking the link shows it still active till 1st March. I just signed up now. Bit concerned about the comments here about not getting the full 4 months, though I carefully took screenshots of the offer pages and signup so if no code for the 4 months comes, I'll go on chat and social media and complain loudly, usually gets decent results...

Haven't had the three months extension yet, but was emailed to say I'd be charged on 1st January. Spoke to someone on Chat who said that I should receive a token code in the next few days.

Question.. On Xbox Live & Forza Horizon 3 I already signed up to a Free Trial so won't be eligible for this offer by the looks of it... If I sign into my other Microsoft Account and Sign up for the Trial etc will I be able to simply sign into Groove Music on Forza Horizon 3 or will it try link the original Gamertag associated with My Xbox Live Profile on the one I used the Trial on already?

It's linked to your Xbox Live Gamertag / Microsoft account and there is no way of signing in to another Microsoft account through FH3. If you're just wanting to play your own music on FH3, then you don't even need to sign up to Groove Music Pass, it can be done easily for free :stuck_out_tongue:

Has historical bad reviews as it was pretty bad for a while, then MS started updating it again, and has recently taken large strides.
As I said above, still not perfect, (but nothing is, you just get used to 'quirks' :smiley: ) but FAR better than the older reviews state. Most of the bigger bugs now fixed, and far more feature rich too.

Will use for trial but the lack of device support is why I won't continue to use after. I feel this is where Ms has always and will always struggle with there own service. It won't work on ps4 for obvious reasons and they like Sony should go Spotify. Among many other devices that supports Amazon music and Spotify.

I know this doesn't answer question (sorry) but whenever I sign up to these things I just create a google calendar appointment for the date minus a few days with an alert. Honestly saved me plenty of times!

I had the 30 day trial of groove music. The no strings one you get offered through forza horizon 3 on the xboxone, & yet it let me sign up for this too on the same account.

As previous post, plenty of playlists now. Actually, on Windows phone, it's an excellent service, easy rivalling Spotify and Apple. Not quite there yet on Android (don't know about apple) but it does have less onerous playback restrictions than Spotify, which I find highly annoying with Amazon dots around the house...
And it's always been possible to make playlists...???

Even free I am not having it and will not recommend. The problem is you see, Spotify, deezer, Apple music, Google Youtube, all have an easy way to make playlist. Unless Groove have made majors changes, it was not possible before. When I open the app, unlike those other apps, you don't see any suggestion, and me, I don't usually search for musics.
But they were easy to sign up and cancel did it all in less than 5 minutes, by removing auto renewal, they actually email me yesterday to say my subscription has ended, that's when I actually remember I signup before!!

Ha did the 3 months trial one not long ago forgot to entetr my code and just checking my email now it says the offer is over (like how they are able to modify received emails there was a code there before!)
