"A mistake with the description" doesn't read as well. Everyone understands the colloquial use of 'glitch' in this context. I didn't want people to think that I thought it was a genuinely marketed deal, and that therefore there was a strong chance you wouldn't get what it said.

why people voting this hit. as OP pointed out its a clear misprint so they very unlikely to honor . should only be voting hot if they do honor.

only protection get is your money back. paypal have no control over retailer. given its a clear mismatch wasting your time ordering as you'll likely get what it is not hoping what it is and have all messing about teturning

Think it's been fixed now. Reverts to standard Uncharted bundle in the basket.

I'd never buy off Zavvi again after they promised an extra with skylanders. Never received after chasing for a year out of principle. Scammers with all the excuses under the sun. Avoid

442 degrees for a deal that never existed is madness

Got a 'Order Despatched' email this morning but shows as 500GB model and no mention of Ratchet and Clank and Driveclub.

Emailed them to say about the error on the discription from my dispatch note and they have emailed me back to say that they will arrange for it to be picked up because of the value. They will email me a delivery label etc

Did anyone get one of these delivered :smile:
