"This offer is only eligible for customers who have received prior notice from Lottoland.co.uk about this offer."
"Any participant found in breach of these promotional terms and conditions, as well as our general terms and conditions , might find their account suspended."
So if you win anything significant, you'll probably get your account suspended and not get anything.

£2 for 3 goes vs £7.50? Damn straight I am.

Ahh Yes! The old Euromillions draw, soon to be replaced with Brexit Bingo.

Not a fan of the National Lottery usually but a line for free and a couple more for £2, for the (admittedly ridiculously small) chance of winning £100m - Might as well! Thanks OP!

I see what they're doing but somehow don't trust a third party gambling website to payout £100M! (not that I'd ever win anyway)

I dunno, I reckon they're making a killing. The odds are mental for the prize money, do you always get random numbers?

Yes, I predict a swift exit to a Cayman Island resort, 'should' one of their customers win, otherwise it may take a few years. :sunglasses:

I would avoid this company, they tried taking extra money out of my account for no reason.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with four lines that's still only an 18% chance of winning your money back

If you were ridiculously lucky enough to win this jackpot with lottoland, don't expect to be an anonymous winner. They will milk every drip of PR and marketing essence from your soul. (check t&c's)

Then if you win the jackpot don't claim it...

....That's why I don't gamble on Lottoland at all mate.
Just making others aware, as they don't make this clear unless you read the small print. Could have a huge impact on the potential winners privacy..

Claim it, get a lawyer to issue an injunction preventing publication of your name. Argue that the clause is unenforceable as an unfair term in a consumer contract and publication of your name without an enforceable clause would be a breach of the Data Protection Act and possibly your human rights. Cost you probably about £10k to £20 but a drop in the ocean if you win £100m.

I don't know anything about legal matters but surely by the time you take legal action lottoland plus the media would have put your name up in lights!

You can get an injunction preventing disclosure pretty quickly if you can show that there is an immediate risk of publication. The injunction will be an interim measure until you can fix a date for a hearing to determine the other matters (assuming it gets that far and you don't come to some agreement beforehand).
For that kind of money I would get a lawyer a lined up before you even go to claim it.
