Just to settle anyone wondering about this deal, I've used numerous times now and always paid out and even get bonus points from the actual booking website too if you're a member. If you need accommodation try earnaway and you might save money if the hotels are bookable through them.

I'd recommend them.

Do you have to do the "clear cookies" thing?
One of the providers is Hotel Info - who are they, are they reliable?
Are you allowed to have a quidco account as well?

Hi Tobias, it works on a last click so in theory you shouldn't need to clear your cookies but it's suggested just to improve things. Hotel Info are owned by the big German Online Travel agent HRS, so should be reliable. You are able to have a Quidco account too but you can't get both Quidco cashback and AwayPoints, one will overwrite the other. Hope that helps and apologies for the late reply.

Just had another look, I think the £24.65 was what I finally ended up paying for the hotel deal, however, this was definitely before October - 3rd September booked up to go to Swindon this weekend. So, my mistake thinking it was £24.65 worth of points!

Hey Sophia - that deal was for £5.00 cashback which has subsequently been changed into AwayPoints and are worth £5.00 on exchange. I think this was the deal. Not sure where the £24.65 comes from? Perhaps this was the value of the room you booked?

Hello, I've just logged into my account, and I have 500 tracked Away points on Earnaway for booking the Travel Lodge deal on September 3rd - perhaps it was a special deal at the time for Travel Lodge bookings only?

I did an offer with them back in September, however, I was given 500 points worth £24.65 - are you sure the points above are worth £15 and not more - wouldn't the points be worth 3 times what I was given (£24.65)?

Hi Sophiasky - not sure if you've confused us with another site but AwayPoints only came in on October 19th. 100 AwayPoints = £1.00 (1 point = 1 penny for ease). If you think there's an issue, email me at [email protected] and I'll look into it for you

Interesting, wonder if it will work on really cheap hostel or hotel rooms in Bali, Thailand etc. Could make a tidy profit. Oh just seen it has minimum spend.

Minimum spend is £15 so you could effectively get a totally free night.
