I'm wearing a 10 year old pair at the moment. Walked to Everest base camp in them, from Jiri ( Nepal ) not Suffolk, England.
They're the best.

You should try Skechers/merrell
I used to wear the hell out of.... essentially a skate shoe/trainer (Airwalk, Converse, DC Shoe etc) which these look to be in the same vein as. Tried a pair of (relatively smart looking) Skechers Diameter Heisman and I've just kept buying a pair whenever they died (generally about a year/18 months - my only complaint)

BEKO86

Very popular brand in Japan, made in the Lake District they export trainers worldwide. In fact their export sales eclipse domestic sales.

So the ones on this deal or not?
friiza
8 Nov 16#29
Unlikely. Usually the ones made in UK will proudly display that, along with a Union flag on the tongue. You can't go by model number. I have 2x pairs of 574s for example. One pair is made in UK, the other in China. The uk ones have proved to be more durable and less sweaty.

Yeah but he's dead so look how well that turned out :stuck_out_tongue: <3 New balance cos they're not too narrow for my fat feet. They also do wide fit trainers if you look around.

^ They're normally D width, which is standard for UK mens shoes.

Why "Genuine" New Balance, as opposed to what, pretend New Balance? If something wasn't genuine then it wouldn't be posted here.

Sure, but these aren't coming direct from a Chinese website are they. They are from what looks to be an established UK retailer with a couple of physical stores and an excellent Trustpilot rating. So of course they are going to genuine, it goes without saying.

NB are fairly good quality shoes for the money. However, If you're buying this style for fashion reasons, you've missed the trend by about 18 months.

Great deal. New Balance trainers are great. I have 2 pairs and always get compliments when wearing them. Very comfortable. I'm a 4-4.5 but buy a 5 as I like a bit of room in trainers.
