They will come through eventually, you'll get messages through Xbox live that contain the codes

I can confirm you will receive the codes through the Xbox messaging system over the coming days/weeks. This is what happened when I purchased. I think it only took a few days.

Btw, when I registered a digital copy of Gears4, I received a pair of messages a few days later. On it, were the original Gears games for registration. You can always ask a rep if that's how it'll work. Btw, I think the codes run out fairly soon.

Which ever profile redeemed GoW4 for their account would be able to play the XB1 + Pc version, while the other person could play it on the xbox only, providing the account you redeemed GoW4 on has marked that xbox as their home xbox.

Hi, I've just tried playing GoW 4 on both my PC and Xbox One and as soon as I try to play on the 2nd device I get an error that the game is in use on another device using the same account.
It gave me the option of using another account to log in but as I only have one account on my system I could not test this to see if it allowed co-op play.
It might be possible to install GoW 4 on the Xbox using the account that purchased the game and then log into another account to play but I never tested this.

If the gaming PC is running windows 10 then I think they will both be able to install and play the game just probably not at the same time as they will both be logging into the same Xbox Live account.
I have installed GoW 4 on my PC but I will install it to my Xbox One as well and see if they can both be played at the same time. It will take a few hours to install and as I work nights I am going to bed soon so I won't be able to report back for a while.
I'm sure somebody else will know the answer.

Have just been on a chat with xbox support and they said:
We were able to see the purchase here, and don't worry, you should be eligible for the entire Gears of War collection as long as it was purchased between April 25, 2016 and December 31, 2016. You should receive the codes in your notification center within 7-10 business days.
I guess I will wait and see.

I have 1 son with an Xbox one the other has a gaming PC,Could this 1 purchase be used by both of them at the same time? Would they both have versions of GOW4 for their systems?

I bought this last night (before Black Friday like an idiot) and it didn't come with the collection. Can you clarify where you are seeing this deal as when I log in all I see is "you own this game" and there is no mention of the free games.
