in date here. no poundland I know has ever sold out of date stuff without a massive sign and reduced price

I agree. The 3 Poundland's locally to me have soldany stock that is going out of stock at a reduced price.
But then again not all Poundlands are managed equally. Perhaps this store has bad stock rotation. I would complain to their head office so thry can give the local manager a kick up the butt!
