Just had cancellation email but no refund email from Paypal as yet. Offered me unique code too.

I had this too, as well as the Paypal refund email yesterday, however when I look at my original order it just shows the nail varnish I ordered and not the free gift and says it was dispatched by Royal Mail. But given they've refunded I can't imagine they really have dispatched it?! Also implies it was the freebie that they ran out of so why send a code saying I can still have the freebie? I think you'll be fine. I ordered at 7.50 after I'd recieved an email and as it didn't state on the email that the wipes were excluded, I can't see there being a problem. There was a similar thing last year and I don't recall any orders getting cancelled.

Yes, I ordered before 9.00, but I received an Order Confirmation email minutes later. I ordered a more expensive item than the wipes, BUT my account also says my items are at the warehouse. The email said my order would be dispatched in 1 to 2 business days and I will receive another email with the delivery details. I have no reason to think I won't receive it.

You have totally made my day. I got the eyelash primer last year in a gift set that I saw on HUKD. I loved it so much that I hardly used it (as in special occasions only). Estee always ensure their items are wrapped wonderfully. individually wrapped in tissue or little blue satin gift bags. really pretty. I've ordered many times and that little bit of extra wrap, gift bag and boxes with ribbon just make buying from there really nice.
