Take it up with Royal Canin and they will change the retailer for you. May also be worth taking it up with PAH customer service as they should have honoured current vouchers and then take themselves off the scheme with Royal Canin.

hi i went today to collect my bag of royal canin from pets @ HOME and was told that they could not except the voucher as they had got a email from head office to say they werent to take them :neutral_face:

I used mine today in Pets At Home. When I requested the voucher, it asked me to select a variety, which I did, but the voucher made no mention of it being for a specific type. Just as well, since my local Pets At Home don't stock that variety. I just grabbed a 400g bag of another variety, and that went through without any problems.

The registration is rejecting all my made up mobile numbers! how does it know!?
