I would contact customer services via chat and ask them to check your account for any purchases of GC. Once they have verified that you have not purchased any GC in the last 24 months, they will put a note on your account to re-imburse the promo amount into your account within 24 hours. I think they send it to you to your registered Amazon email address. I would recommend that you keep the transcripts as proof and ask the advisor to put comprehensive notes on your account, so that any customer service rep can refer to it as well. They will also ask you to provide the link to this offer. Just click on "GET DEAL" on this thread and then copy the url on the Amazon page to them on chat. This is the page that states that you are ineligible for this offer. Good Luck. :smiley:

Thanks, heated. OP - are you sure the voucher code will last 10 years? That's normally the case for giftcard credit, but the voucher codes for these offers in the past have only lasted a few months (my £6 off £40 from last week expires ~19/01/17) and can only be spent on Amazon sold goods.
There's still the top up £100 of giftcard credit and they'll give you an extra £5 offer too - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/free-5-amazon-buy-a-100-giftcard-top-up-2544128 too. Although a small bonus based on the purchase, if you're going to spend over £100 during Black Friday and the run up to Christmas etc, then why not. Just to be clear on this one the £5 bonus is added as giftcard credit so will be valid for 10 years (along with your £100) and can be spent on stuff sold by Amazon or third parties.
