Found these on Amazon today reduced to a bargain price of £18.99.
Flexson make superb accessories for Sonos, these stands are of great quality and should improve the sound of your already great sounding Play1 speakers, whilst also looking superb.
Lowest price I've ever seen these and also the lowest ever price on Amazon according to Camel.
They typically retail for £35-40, so grab yourself a bargain! Amazon are still selling a single stand for £19...

Heat given for the price but pointless stands.

Ah, not entirely! I bought some 10m, 90 degree figure 8 leads from Amazon (relative cheapies) so I could route the wires neatly but the connector doesn't sit flush at the base of the speaker, so tips it forwards.
These stands solve that problem and look pretty good do it! Odd, but sitting a couple of cm's off the shelf the speakers also look a little less chunky and so blend a bit better, but that might just be me convincing myself...:smile:

Hopefully yours does better than mine :stuck_out_tongue:
I'll give you some heat as I still think it's a great price for a pair.

Oh, sorry mate, it didn't pop up on the suggested topics when posting. Also noticed the Camel price drop was recorded 24/11 so figured it was a new drop.
Don't care about heat if it helps a few fellow Sonos users out, I gave your deal heat too.
Apologies!

No worries mate, I'd rather one of them got some heat than neither! Like you said as long as it helps someone - I've brought them and I don't even have the Play1's yet...

Sonos sales in the US tomorrow ($50 off of Play1), hoping they do something in the UK too.
So far...
Sonos Connect
Sonos SUB
Sonos Playbar
Sonos Play 3 x2
Sonos Play 1 x2
Maybe another Play 1 if they do a deal

Love my Sonos speakers but can't really understand the attraction for these stands.

For me the main attraction is what another poster mentioned, I've had one of my children spill a drink on the nest of tables one of them lives on. To avoid that risk and any electricity being a factor its money well spent.
I also like the way they look and the slight elevation stops the immediate reflections from the table beneath it - so better sound.

Gor these for a tenner on a previous HUKD post, probably about the right price. I like them for the fact that it stops the speaker ' hoovering' up liquid if some numpty spills a drink near it. Not sure it improves the sound much, despite some claims.

Get them wall mounted, extension cables available at £11.99 for 3 mtr
There's ample thread left (on mine) to ensure they're fully supported and sturdy.
In terms of improvements, I would have liked a pair of rubber washers to ensure there's no transference of vibration, though I haven't noted any.
