what's the benefit of these things? don't Apps like Pacer,Stepz do exactly all the things it does?
I mean it doesn't even have a display and relies completely on the it's App in the phone.

A wristband will give a more consistent result than an in-phone app for counting steps - I don't know about this one specifically but wristbands generally also vibrate for calls/texts and if you move away from your phone
It's also hard to 'wear a phone' when sleeping :wink:
It's the older one, the new version is Fitbit flex 2.
