Just had the e-mail too. Absolute crap telling us the DAY before when it's gone up everywhere else.

like everyone else got that email and i've had it ordered for months, strangely everyplace else has it instock, will just pay the extra couple of quid and get it from amazon instead. think they are going to lose a lot of orders

Think I might go for Shopto instead, my ps4 pro turns up today.

They will be getting more stock, I checked the site and looks like a few days so hopefully not much more of a delay. They won't cancel the order but you can cancel it online if you want to pick it up somewhere else.

Just a tip for anyone playing FF XV or other HDR patched game on the PS4 Pro with VR attached.....on their shiny 4K HDR TV.

You need to disconnect VR hdmi lead from TV and then plug PS4 hdmi back into TV directly (after removing it from VR power block ) to play HDR games on the Pro model, handy tip for anyone else playing final fantasy XV today and seeing HDR not enabled message on their 4K HDR set.The PS will now report 4K and HDR are now enabled and the HDR option in game menu will no longer be greyed out and you can enjoy FF XV in all its glory and yes...it looks FAB!

I'm guessing its that without the ps4/xboxone logo as it says "showing unbreakable bond between Noctis and King Regis, and I agree, I was planning to get the ultimate edition but being a poor student can no longer afford it so this shall have to suffice. :smiley:

Cool, thanks techo. It doesn't show the steelbook though it just describes it and it sounds different to the one in the deluxe edition (which is actually pretty ugly). I wonder why they're hiding it lol.

There is yes. If have been happy to get the dynamic theme though. They are usually nice and having FF music playing when you load up is usually a good thing :smiley:

Day one editions generally don't seem to offer much at all, shame. I still haven't seen a steelbook version though. FFX remaster and Type 0 both had one. I bet there's some insanely expensive 'collectors' edition that has a steelbook and some figurines and other stuff that nobody gives a **** about.

What do you get with the day one edition? I have developed steelbook-itis and keep looking for PS4 games I want to play in steelbook versions. I wish I didn't care, but I do, I love steelbooks. I might go on Jerry Springer.

Yeah that sums up my experience in terms of preorders. I preordered rise of the tomb raider and it came 3 days later.
