For those of you who are claiming cashback please can you tell me what you have used as your proof of purchase. I sent them a copy of the invoice I've downloaded from Amazon but they are not accepting it as proof.

Re-submit your claim if you can as I as you just uploaded the invoice from Amazon and today had confirmation that I will be getting my cashback paid within 30 days.

My £15.00 has arrived in my bank Today 23/11/2016.

My mum bought two on the same order. But the invoices are separate PDF's as per Amazons process. She filled in the claim form twice.

I did it differently and ordered 3 seperate orders and merged all 3 invoices in to one PDF to send through in one claim form - which to be fair is wrong as they said in T&C they will only pay if its one order with one order showing multiple items.

We were both referred to the terms and conditions that if the invoices are separate they must be sent individually on their own forms. Which is what my mum did.

Now rejecting cashback requests based on a loophole........Fellows seem to be a right bunch of C*****

This is the most secure shredder I've ever owned. I've shredded 4 full bin fulls of paper oiling blades every second bin.
Max four bits of paper a time,not one jam. When I say the bit are small you just won't believe how small. No chance of them ever being put back together. The only safer way to destroy your documents is to burn them.

Still waiting on mine, but happy to wait as long as it takes at this price!

To claim cashback you need the serial number on the bottom of the box or on the bottom of the shredder and the amazon invoice.I printed it and scanned it into my pc and uploaded while filling out form.
