overall, very good game. enjoyed the explorative nature as opposed to the story.

Been playing the far cry series since the beginning, unbelievably FC1 came out nearly 12 years ago! Love them all, even FC2, but I think 3 has to be the best.

I was actually enjoying this...right up until I was expected to take out hordes of mystical beings whilst under some hallucinogenic potion with just a bow and bloody arrow. Yeah then the realism and immersion factor levelled off just ever so slightly.

Yeah some of the trippy levels can be annoying and unnecessary. They don't last long though, thankfully.
Best game of the series for me. Well worth just under £4

Tweaks and what not as usual at pcgaming wiki. In particular you might like to get rid of negative acceleration if you use a mouse to aim.
