Anyone still waiting for their cashback to be paid?

My status shows tracked at 10% with the following message:

Watching Quidco,(Tracked) having bought TV yesterday, wondering if using TVS10 code will invalidate 10% offer?

I bought a TV at Curry's and it's tracking only at 1%. I hope his gets honoured and adjusted otherwise I would have purchased in store and saved my wait for the delivery!

Tried to combine Quidco 10% with 8% off gift vouchers via work, and the £100 off TV code. TV £1099, paid £920 and fingers crossed for an unlikely further £80 cashback...

Nope! Not tracking correctly through Quidco

Made two 'Fast Track' purchases between 06:45 ands 07:15 this morning, both for £19.48 inc VAT, so that should be £16.23ish IMMIC and I've had one notification from Quidco for £0.58 cashback on a £19.48 purchase, which @ 10% should obviously have been £1.62 per transaction.

Both times, the 'Your Visit Has Been Recorded' window popped up.

.........and yes, all cookies were cleared beforehand and logged in fresh before purchase, so gawd only knows where my money has gone. Nice little earner for Quidco if they are creaming off over 66% from each transaction.

I just bought a £1200 TV from currys an hour ago and just saw this. ****.

Quite often it tracks through at lower but gets corrected afterwards, but for a big promotion like this it doesn't inspire great confidence. £110 (maybe) though tracked cashback or £100 confirmed at POS... probably the latter for me.

All conditions are met.

£2.4 is exactly 3%. Yes, I paid on online. I made sure I satisfy all conditions.


Most likely, Quidco advertise 10%, but still using the old cashback before promotion at 3% by mistake.

Cashback get declined or untracked way too often already. This sort of mistake does not boost confidence in cashback.


I do not want wait and hope Quidco find it out and correct itself, nor spend the time to contact them.

Good deal, although with the £100 off TV's over £1000 code in Curry's it probably won't give me anything more back than I'd get with that code (and they don't stack). I'm basing that on the fact that the 10% will apply to ex-VAT rather than the VAT price so £100 off = 10% cashback on a £1200 set.

Just ordered 49" Philips Amiblight with delivery tomorrow, 10% off with TVS10 so £404.10 on 12 months 0% finance then I get Quidco 10% cashback on the £408.05 :smile:

edit: No stock, but store has the one I wanted - the 43" Philips Ambilight it said was out of stock (stocktake error) £345.05 delivered tonight :laughing: Now just some Quidco 10% would be absolutely lovely :wink:
