I stopped being lazy and answered my own question, in the T&C's as normal: "Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts" However if you go through to the bodyshop cashback page there is a 40% off 'selected items' code

Depends on what you are buying,if nappies for example no VAT applies.

True, but worth mentioning in the main heading as that will only be a very small percentage of the items that can be bought from those shops.

Yup certainly agree nearly caught myself out also as what I was buying could have been got at another store for £2 cheaper but taking this deal into consideration made it worthwhile buying from Boots.

Also be aware it won't track until its been confirmed by the retailer + 3 days, which is an indeterminate amount of time.

So don't expect it to track with the £10 bonus straight away, it should just track at the normal % first

Thanks - this is great. Also looks like it can be used in conjunction with code 19805 at the Body Shop for 40% off certain items. I got £50 worth of shampoo for £18 after cashback and discount - absolute bargain!

It won't show until 3 days after the amount becomes "confirmed" - that likely won't be until Jan/Feb/March next year.

As for VAT & Delivery, I understand why people get upset by it, but basically what Quidco mean is "A transaction that gets reported to us as over £25". They don't have control over what amount is sent back to them, that's up to each retailer directly, as some decide not to pay cashback on VAT or Delivery because it saves them money... In the case of Boots, they do report with VAT, so long as your order is over £25, you'll be fine. (I don't know about delivery as I did free collection @ store)

This is also why they say no to use discount codes other than those listed, because lots of retailers won't report transactions back that do include discount codes, or they'll return it but then decline it in a month or so. (Debenhams will decline if you use any coupon code for example)

I've managed to use (all?) 7 of these £10 offers now over the 8 days, so that's a nice £70 bonus :smiley:

This is what I've said over the last few bonus deal threads. It all depends what the retailer reports your spend as, you'll need to spend £25 if the retailer reports your spend including VAT, or £30 if the retailer doesn't. Boots definitely reports with VAT, used this bonus offer each time it's been offered over the last few days.

I had various quidco employees telling me different things , seems we need to wait till its "confirmed" on your account . Id keep a record of whats owed and keep an eye on the account .

My Boots transaction went confirmed on 1st February. My £10 bonus should have been added to my account within 3 days per the terms and conditions. I messaged Quidco and they replied that I should not be worried and I would get the £10 within 30 days. I am seriously annoyed at this response, which seems to come from someone who doesn't know or doesn't care. I have done 5 similar opt in offers and if they stick to the terms and pay the bonuses within 3 days it will be easy to keep track but if not it will be impossible. I wonder if there is a Quidco rep here who could help get this sorted? The first of my 5 was paid without a problem. I would like to be able to say that Quidco are a competent company and I am getting the 'Premium' support I pay for.
