Got my first full bill announced today - £15.00. Was concerned as it showed as £20 on MY EE, but after an exchange via chat on the PC I was advised it does not show a £5 discount.

Sounds like their system generates a set deal for each competitor price plan, so it helps to have a deal you want them to match.

I had the same deal from them but I was about to cancel the contract on black friday as three deal was very tempting.
EE coverage is much better than three and would definitely recommend it. I also have 8GB of data that can be used anywhere in Europe. Also unlimited minutes and text can also be used in Europe. (so not exactly same as three's feel like home deal but very close).

I have 2 lines on old T-Mobile Full Monty unlimited everything on 3g for £16 a month, no end date. Only just got a 4g phone. Called to ask to get switched to this deal today, I mentioned BT mobile 30gb data unlimited mins and texts at £20 month with £80 Amazon voucher. They offered to put me straight through to BT (who owns EE now) didn't offer me anything. Collected my PAC code and waiting to see if retentions call me with a better offer. Undecided about BT. Sorry I missed the Black Friday deal, but I think now Plusnet and Sky are in the market for customers too there will be more deals.

I have the deal above as I called EE in regards to 'leaving' and they offered me this for the same price (I also have EU mins/texts and 500mb data). when I got it however, I asked this question and was told that the price would increase to the full £35 after the 12 months. I say stick with it and upgrade when the deals are on, as this time next year I'm sure there will be more Black Friday Deals :wink:

I have just phoned and spoken to Retentions as my contract is due to expire on the 24th December.

What they offered was the above: Unlimited phone/text, unlimited fastest 4G, EU roaming with 15gb data and BT sports for 12 months and this was for £15.00/month.

Have just logged into my EE and see it stated £16.79 plus VAT. I know my bill will fluctuate or be more this month as I am partially in my old/new contract.

Question for all is. What does yours state within My EE and does your £15.00 include VAT or exclude VAT before I re-phone them?

I am in the last month of my contract with EE so I gave them a call today. I said I want to cancel my contract to leave to Vodaphone. At first he said I can offer 20GB data and 500 mins and unlimited texts and no EU roaming for £20 a month. I said Vodaphone are offering lower price and EU roaming for £15. EE said we will match and offered EE Max Plan which includes 20GB of Data and speed is 60 mbps, 15GB can be used in EU. Unlimited texts/mins and free apple music for 6 months and free BT sport app for 12 months. All this for £15. Brilliant deal but they will only offer if you are in the last month of your contract and therefore can move to another provider so they will do everything to retain you.

what happens at the end of 12 months , do you stay on this contract ?

does the 4g ee max plan include free 12 bt sport mobile ?

Not sure if this helps but there are a few different ways the advisors are giving this deal. This one mentioned is the one I was originally incorrectly got put on which is originally £20 a month and you get a £5 discount for 12 months (500 mins). I called and changed to the £34.99 4GEE plan with a £20 a month discount with no expiry date. My plan is called 12month sim 4GEE Plan 20GB. This is what I see when I log into my account and the description says your 4GEE sim includes unlimited mins, unlimited texts, 20GBdata. When in EU you can use your allowance to text/call the UK and within the EU.

My one is unlimited everything, 20GB and 15Gb eu roaming even got a text message confirming this. Mind you I got this last week before this was posted so and when they official had this tariff at 16.49 before it shot right back up

Signed up for this deal yesterday and couldnt retrieve the details on my online account so I gave them a call to confirm the package.
The lady explained that the advertised deal that I signed up fro yesterday is not originally what they had been told.
i.e. the Tarriff gets processed differently to what was advertised on 'their screens'.

People who have got this deal worth calling EE again today to confirm. The lady said it was discussed in the morning briefing and are expecting backlash. She was very forthcoming and knew exactly the deal I had been mis-sold and gave me the complaints and cancellations details straight away.

Just dialed 150, asked for PAC code. They said why, I told them a better deal on another provider. Didn't even try and keep me... Just texted me my PAC code....

They are correct, this deal is not on their system, the deal has to be set up manually, adding discounts to another plan. I would recommend trying again tomorrow, make sure it is the retentions team you are talking to, as only they can setup this deal

EE is clearly saying there is no such deal and no idea how others are getting it as its not in the system. Had to disconnect after 20 mins or so

I tried to get this, spoke to 3 people and still they refuse the fact that this exists and had quite a rude gentleman on the phone telling me he would give me it for £25. I mentioned I got a similar deal in August for £19.99 but that had original price of £34.99 and he said this one was discounted and he couldn't go any further.

Managed to get this too I think. Initially signed up for the £19.99 deal, said I'd found this deal online and after a fair bit of back and forth, false promises etc. I've managed to get it to £14.99! Was happy with £19.99 but obviously delighted with £14.99

Rang 4 times in total, kept being told this deal did not exist and there was no way to set up this deal, however on my fourth attempt, the guy I spoke to said he would speak to a manager, came back and said that the deal does exist but they are not making it well knowing as it is only in certain circumstances, anyway persistents paid off in the end, I have 20gb data, unlimited txts and calls on a max package for the fastest data for £14.99, thanks op

It was easier to get this deal over the Black Friday weekend as it was officially on their site as £16.50 a month but you had to be logged in to see that price otherwise it came up as £20.

Granted you need it for £15 a month but it was an easier conversation when it started at £16.50. Like I said in the thread that was posted last week, in order to get the 15gb eu roaming data they need to move you to the 4GEE max tarrif.

I was on an old crappy low-data T-mobile deal so called EE retention team yesterday - I explained I needed 20GB fastest 4G, unlimited mins and texts for UK and EU but they told me it wasn't possible so I requested PAC so I could change to Three's £15 all-you-can-eat deal.

After reading more comments here I called again and told them I had seen the deal posted on HotUKDeals and that multiple customers have been offered this deal, one specifically explaining that it was a £25 deal with a £10 per month discount applied. I said they should work out a way and get back to me - not sure if me being a customer for 10+ years helped but I mentioned that too and said how could they give this offer to others then tell me it's not available.

Waited 10 minutes on hold and EE chap came back and said they had sorted it. I got the sports thing too but that's no interest to me.

I am on £14.30 tariff and get 500 mins, unltd text and 500mb. However an upgrade glitch got me £15 off as loyalty bonus in form of an add-on. Any idea if the addons stay on or will they remove them?

I also get free calls when abroad now too when yday they said I didn't.. my plan now is sim only £34.99 with £20 loyalty discount per month with no end date, unlimited texts calls and 20gb data..

I have called twice today and been told both times that this deal doesn't exist and there is no way they could put me on this deal, I have already given them a cancellation request 2 weeks ago and they won't budge, they say the very best they can do is 20gb, unlimited txts and 500mins for £15

These guys don't budge when within contract. So if you are in a bad deal, you are stuck for the whole length. They won't let you migrate

They rang me on black Friday offering me sim only contracts as I'm due an upgrade and the lowest he could do was £20 for this exact deal. Should I just request my PAC and see if they ring back?

I got this offer on Monday as I was already on the 20gb data plus unlimited mins and texts for past year for £20 (from last years threaten to leave) so they issued me my PAC code saying they can't do any better so I took the PAC code. 3 hours later they call back and say they can offer me my same plan for £14.99 plus a years bt sport so I said ok. Within an hour I called back to say my NHS discount has been removed so after speaking with his manager he has put back on and said I will now be paying £11.99 for 20gb data (15 Euro roaming) unlimited mins and texts plus a years full bt sports, I asked what will happen after a year he said you can call back to upgrade or keep paying £11.99 per month but every April it will be adjusted but that's only a few pennies

I have done exactly that - currently on 2gb with EE and just moved to BT on this deal with cashback and £80 card

I asked for roaming data to be included so they moved me to the 4GEE max plan which comes with 15gb roaming data and the ability to use my mins and texts in EU countries all for £15.

Thats true, the first guy who talked to me (pre retention team) said to me if you want to upgrade then you have to get 24 months with a handset, which is not true since the retention team said they didn't know what that guy was talking about! :smile:
I said to him that I would look for somewhere else then which he then passed me to the retentions team who were doing the discounts.

I can confirm that I just got this deal and infact a slightly much better deal.
Although it was a bit difficult for them to do and it took a bit of time to get the deal finalised.

I don't think they will be giving this to everyone and by the sound of it they don't want people knowing about this deal.
