log in to my B&Q diy account to check the order status and it still says "Order Processing"

any tips of how the drill works?:laughing:

Does anyones order say dispatched? When ordering said it would be delivered today (opted for delivery instead of click and collect) but, havent received a dispatch email so just logged into the site and it still says order processing.

This is an insane deal, and if I didn't have 3 DIY drills already I'd be all on it. I too am after a more professional unit, but if I found one at this price it'd be like 85% off which is very unlikely to happen!

Crap drill ok for home use only get makita worth the extra if using for professional purposes

Yes, should work fine unless you have walls that have strong stone mixed in like an old cottage. If you're in a more modern property (anything with brick or breeze block & not stobe), I'd say you're probably fine. Had these drills (two) for 6+ years & other than hard stone like granite etc & really tough jobs for corded drills, with a bit of patience & drill bit cooling, they've been spot on for most Diy uses.

cant get this to work in chrome browser, seems to work in explorer, initially accepts code, but the states £84 at final checkout, will try later ...

Also purchased for £49, there is also potential to get another £5 off, when placing my order I got another "orange flash" along bottom corner saying click here to save 5%.

When I did I got a code to enter, which actually knocks off another £5, but when going through the checkout process, it crashed. Tried to enter the code again and would not recognise, so if fortunate to get the orange flash, copy and past the code and process straight away. Either way, still cracking at £49

I would say "yes" I just hung 2 large LED TVs on my concrete/solid brick wall with my DeWalt drill, which is of a lower spec than this. Also drilled and secured fence posts to the outside of the house, with no problem
