You can collect it when it arrives and probably ask for a refund before collecting as price changed. If they agreed to refund diff collect item if not cancel your orde.

I have read the reviews of it and suction power in newer model is much better than DC34.
Watch out guys - Black friday is the best time for retailers to get rid of their unsold stock !!

Great price for a dyson, but I've left it for the same reason... I borrowed my mums V6 Dyson Animal which is the same model but obviously extension and brushes etc, and it only lasted half the car :disappointed: so I'd definitely only be interested in the V8 now for the 40 minute run time or 20 I guess on MAX (which is what I used on the v6

I wouldn't recommend the dc34, ours started to fail just after 2 years due to battery pack slipping out of position and therefore contacts not connecting. we used with mixed success for another 18 mths with a cable tie wrapped around battery to hold in place, before it packed in totally. spoke to dyson and they admitted the v6 trigger gets around this design flaw as battery pack is screwed in so shouldn't slip out of position. google it, it's a very common issue.
