I've never used one but I'll give it a go for this price. Apparently they are as good as new, and I see people with previous experience of refurbished Dyson machines tend to agree with this. 1 year guarantee

Received today. Looks brand new, not a scratch or blemish on it.

I bought this few weeks ago from outlet. It arrived with faulty charger. They sent me in the replacement, but a brush instead charger arrived. Week later I received correct part, a charger!

Charger on my refurb V6 was faulty too, but they want me to return the entire thing! Luckily I managed to buy a replacement for the same price.

They messaged me through ebay saying item was out of stock and offered upgrade or refund.

Damn, they have ran out of DC59s.
Been upgraded to V6 for no extra charge. Shame about the mini motorised tool but still happy with purchase and price.

Got one 18 months ago from the eBay Outlet - we love it and it's the only one we use now.

They've just said the same to me - but it is the V6 Animal, not plain V6, so does still come with the mini motorised tool. Check exactly what they've offered you.

Bought this last week from the EBay Dyson outlet (had the £15 off £75 spend voucher so only cost £119.99) . Appears brand new . I checked out the V6 on review sites before buying this one . Same motor , same battery - it appears only the colour and model branding was changed . Also this one comes with a small motorised brush (as well as the large one ) which the V6 doesn't . I can 100% recommend it .

what's the main differences between this and the v6 animal?

The V6 is also available for £143.99 from their ebay outlet too, though I'm led to believe it is essentially the DC59 renamed and missing the powered mini brush tool.
