Ordinarily, no, but in this instance, getting the first one free, with all DLC, which I've wanted on PC, and with there being minimal chance of me not buying Dishonoured 2 (the first on PS3 was one of my favourite games) - I think there is not much to be gained by holding off here.

Whoops... I did it again. Tried playing the tutorial and the motion blur and mouse lag is horrendous :disappointed:
Why do developers keep releasing games with forced motion blur, it could be tastefully applied to a few effects but instead the entire image is ruined by ghosting.

:disappointed: It looks so good. I really hope they fix these issues then.

Likewise, huge fan of the original and wrongly thought they would nail it.
Those two issues should be an easy fix but should have been avoided in the first place.
No idea how they will fix the rollercoaster frame rates though, perhaps Nvidia/AMD drivers will help a bit.
The original Dishonored ran exceptionally well on UE3 and perhaps UE4 would have been sensible for the sequel.
IDTech clearly hasn't worked well for them which is surprising as Doom was very impressive.

ordered it on the basis of getting a play round with DE as a recap, after money was taken a message pops up saying out of stock of DE and will email when they have back in =(

If you absolutely promise not to screw me over I will lend you my Dishonored Definitive Edition key.
(sending your key back in return).
I see you've been around since 2006 so I'm willing to take that chance.... don't disappoint me

Yes if you bought this you get to play the game 1 day before its official release, I was playing it this morning at 1am.

The game currently runs like crap so what you gain by waiting is hopefully a game that runs properly!
