Built by Codemasters and road tested over 60 million miles by the DiRT community, DiRT Rally is the ultimate rally experience. It captures the essence of what makes rally unique like no other game – that sense of trying to remain in control of your emotions, as you hurtle along dangerous, undulating roads at breakneck speed, aiming to squeeze everything out of your car whilst knowing that one crash could irreparably harm your stage time.

Great price but this game makes me realise I am old and my reflexes have gone, either that or my driving licence should be revoked!
It's tough but amazing.

I feel your pain, from COD hero to cannon fodder in less than 12 years!!! Depressing

Installed it last night, played it and came to the same conclusion. Will persevere.
Went on to play Lunar Jet Man and then confirmed by suspicions - I really cant remember it being THAT hard to play.

I just bought this for 14.99 on PS Store. Probably worth a look there. Hard but fun game.

Gone back up to "bargain" price of £54.99 on PS Store now......I grabbed it at 15 quid. Need a different grinding mindset for this one!!

Any ideas if it supports two player split screen multiplayer on PS4?

Should still be £20 in Tesco for those who don't want to wait and that's for the Legend Edition.

The finland and sweden stages are seriously difficult on this but I'm addicted. Some tracks it takes me near an hour of restarting to finish a stage in 1st.

I don't know how PS can have the nerve to charge so much. £15 was a bargain quite frankly!

Would rather pay the extra 50p in Argos and get the legends edition with bluray extra.

There is no mention at Argos that it is the legends edition just the picture and the Xbox shows standard.
The 10 stores near me are oos.
Base have the legends edition on XO for £19.99 now though
For anyone wanting to buy this that's a fan of the older DiRT games... you might be in for a shock!
Completed the previous 3 games and loved them all (especially the second one) but this is so damn hard. I'm still yet to finish a single race in the top 3 and I've been playing it for months!
It's a beautiful game, but very frustrating. You can drive over something the size of a peanut in the road and you'll go spinning off and be docked 15 seconds :disappointed:

Tip for all. This is a sim, not arcade fun.

Relentlessly difficult, not that it's a bad thing - Many complain about the easy casual games flooding the market these days, especially with stuff like 'rewind' and flash backs. You won't find that here. But you will find yourself getting docked 15 seconds constantly until you learn the tracks. A proper throw back and a bit of a shock to the system, but decent.

Of course if a HUKD deal for a decent wheel came up, then maybe I could (fail to) prove its the controller and not me, or even an Elite which i guess would help.

Crazy this... I was looking at a sterring wheel in a second hand shop today thinking hmmmm??? Maybe thats the solution.
I just walked away in the vain hope that if I can keep believing its the controller and i remain vindicated and i'm not yet ready for a home!

Revs, screamer rally . Toca and even Richard burns all mastered. What's happened? Not one of the kids who get me 90% of the time would have landed a single hit on deck 16 or Morpheus either, it's not just driving games. :disappointed:

It took me a good few hours but I completed the first championship then proceeded to buy a 205 t16. God that thing shifts. Maybe I should of took a more gradual power increase
Opening post
Xbox One is £19.85 @ Simply Games for anybody who wants to order there
