You said 'decent hdr' and this Samsung gives u only slight taste of it if you want more you need look at Panasonic DX900.
There is no 'decent hdr' tv for £300-400 m8,

Bought Panasonic dx650b 49" from currys yesterday for £539 looks very good, quidco cashback 14% that's £75 cost me £465
That is the 50" version simonbrowne and I'd stay clear of digihome sound quality not great and very slow iOS I wouldnt pay £200 for this let one £329.

Its also states in the title the 55" version.
I take it you have seen one in action then. Please be a bit more precise on what you found was wrong with it and where you saw it. 150 people have purchased it in the last 2 days I'm sure a lot from here so please tell.

I owned a digihome personally and had it for a month and hated it so much I went and bought a new samsung . firstly when you first turn the tv on it takes a min or two to come on,the sound is very poor as I say very echoi and the iOS system I found very very slow and things like you tube and Netflix etc would freeze say half way through watching a movie. I'd personally rather pay the extra for something of a better quality.

This or the seiki 60" for 379.99 from ao ?...

the one i see on ao is 1080 and this is 4k so thats the major difference and I think once you get big you start to need the smaller pixels that uhd offers.
That has freeview hd and the digihome seems to have plain freeview (bit pointless considering) but we use freesat , apple tv, playstation so none of that bothers me.
