Stuck on Demon Souls. Stuck on Dark Souls. Bought Dark Souls 2 and never played it. Stuck on Bloodbourne
It's a testament to the developers that i want to add Dark Souls 3 to my long list of failures.

Ive clocked them all. Demon souls, Dark souls, Dark souls 2 and Blood borne. All offline with help from an NPC on a handful of bosses. Best and most challenging games I've ever played but worth it for the feeling you get when you finally beat that boss that's killed you a hundred times beforehand lol I think ornstein and smough in dark souls were the toughest boss ive faced
A bit gutted in gonna be relying on help for the last boss in DS3 but need to finish it and move on

I beat O & S 1st time but I found Quelaag immensely frustrating, and I gave up trying to beat Manus Father of the Abyss. Gwyn is pretty much impossible for me as I can't parry, use heavy weapons or summon Solaire as he glitched in my game and disappeared.
The best boss was Artorias IMO - really good fun as it's a pure dodge and counter swordfight with no cheap attacks or exploitable glitches. His damage levels made it difficult and it was genuinely exhilarating to beat him.

I'm in exactly the same boat and have to say that there are times when the wonky controls and or camera do confound you and cause you to die. I wouldn't mind if it was my fault but it's 50% me and 50% janky controls. Also the lack of pointers means the games rely on having your smartphone to hand and constant googling. That's doesn't sit well with me. Very good series though, survival horror blended with Metroid and Skyrim. 8/10 but so many purchase yet unfinished means they are getting something wrong.

Actually I guess you mean phantom from online play?
I never play DS online but now you mention it that's a good shout for the final boss

He's pretty easy to choreograph when you read his different moves for each phase, level up more and yeah summon a phantom from online

Yeah that's the one, I have to admit to getting help on most of the bosses. I helped out a few others as well. Great game.

Yeah they helped me out big time on a couple of bosses but I didn't follow the questlines of the only NPC's you can summon for the final boss

Why dont you summon a phantom to help you? Without this feature I would have never got through the game.
