Not to everyone's taste, but I use coconut oil instead of conventional cooking oil for most things.
Amazon have a deal on at the moment for 1 litre @ £8.99 (prime members), which is very reasonable.

Excellent for those like me who suffer from pernicious anaemia meaning deadly if not treated . Along with b12 shots we need co factors and this product is essential ..heat

No health benefits are lost if it's not extra virgin, just the flavour, so you can use it in things you don't want to taste of coconut. Albani berries anyone?!
