Normally have mechanical but like the sound of the solar charging. Citizen 5 year warranty as opposed to two with seiko. Titanium on citizen. Straps easily changed. Mmmmmm?

I've just taken a look at this in-store. Its not as nice in the flesh, in fact it looks a bit cheap and tacky. Needless to say, I didn't buy!

The one in H Samuel is a different model. No Perpetual calendar, alarm, titanium etc.

That's a shame - my own current Citizen and another I was considering at the time (both deals I posted beginning of the year) were actually better in the flesh (particularly the Blue Angels one as was unsure from the pictures). I wonder if it's the ion plating, as well as the lightweightedness of the titanium that contributes to it?

These aren't radio-controlled (from the atomic clock time signal) compared to some other (usually more expensive) Citizen Eco-Drives, though.
