Can anyone comment on this (plus heard lidl radio ad for their one @£6.99) compared to baileys.
Is it/are they made with wine rather than whiskey?

Be warned, collect in store if you can. I ordered 6 cases of these last time they were this price, only one turned up undamaged, their packaging was appalling though it might have improved after my review, which they refused to publish but gave me a £10 voucher for my disappointment, 6 out of 36 bottles delivered.

From past experience these taste foul and ended up going down the drain by January, I'll stick to ms yule log and a glass of malt whisky to wash it down

this is only 12% alcohol, Baileys is 17 or 17.5% and the cheap version is 14%. In Aldi st Xmas they do a cheap one as strong as Baileys.
Opening post

Kids today don't know they are born. I had to drink gallons of crappy lager before I eventually acquired a taste for alcohol!
Must be time for Christmas party season
3 bottles of Yule Log
