I was looking for flights to Gran Canaria on the 23rd of Dec returning on the 28th.
An adult return from London was about 230 quid but booking a flight from Manchester cost me just 70 quid return!
Booked for a family of 4 and that worked out 270 quid plus the parking at the airport for £36. Saved me about 600 quid in total!

I did not add Norwegian air to the title! Someone else did! My tickets were Norwegian Air one way and Ryanair the other way. Hope this clarifies.

Same price flying with Ryanair from Bristol to Gran Canaria flying out on 20th Dec and returning on New Years Eve.

There might not be a flight on 28th but plenty of fares under £70 in December. Good spot op! Need a bit of sun so this looks ideal.

I've just come back from Tenerife on a Norwegian Air flight and I was very impressed. Free Wifi on board, Flight staff were fabulous and seats seemed a little more spacious compared to Easyjet/Ryanair. This is a great deal for a Canaries flight and the weather is lovely this time of year (24 - 28 degrees).

This is correct. OP - how did you manage to get a flight on the 28th when there are no flights on 28th with Norwegian? Deal sounds like heat-seeking if you ask me :smirk:
