Absolute bargain. Yes it's pre owned but a bargain. It is the Xbox one edition and includes modern warfare remastered on the disk no code required. Can confirm this. It's different to PS4

Right, posting this here to stop people posting stupid comments. MW FOR XBOX IS NOT A CODE! The disk verifies you own it and gives you the game. IT IS DIFFERENT FROM PS4

For disc-based (physical) Legacy and Legacy Pro Editions of Infinite Warfare on Xbox One, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is included on the Infinite Warfare disc and no voucher code is required. Before Modern Warfare Remastered can be played, an additional download is required. An internet connection is required to download content. The game disc must be inserted to play Modern Warfare Remastered.

Picked one up in the Harlow store and they honoured the price so thanks OP. Had no intention of getting this until they down MW standalone but realistically it won't be less than £35 anyway. Good work

The game has to be downloaded, about a 45gig download or something like that
The disc has the key that allows you to play it. Not sure about the ps4 but that's the set up for the xb

I got it for £33 in Lowestoft, it was a cock up though as was same price as the standard. Gave it to me for £33 although scanned at £47 but kept saying it won't work without code so I said if that is the case why are you pricing it higher than standard in the first place.
