I asked CDKeys about 2 weeks ago if it was 2 codes and they said you only get one code for both games, its only PS4 for some reason that gets 2 codes, one for IW and one for the remaster.
Its for steam, steam icon appears on the right of the page above the EU flag.

don't buy PC version. multiplayer is slit between Steam and Microsoft versions. so expect on average max 200-500 ppl playing tdm in peak
