This is for the ultimate Sim Plan. I'm not sure if BT's own discount makes the sim ineligible for cashback. I haven't purchased this, was browsing and just thought this might be of use to someone.
The price is £16 if you are already a BT broadband customer.
If you are looking to sign up new then check cashback for BT Broadband as they have a better deal on TCB. New BT Broadband customers also get another £150 reward card when taking out a new contract.
I had over 80mbps with EE but I needed more data. so far no problem with BT and I have 15Gb deal for £14 ( working for BT group )

30mb download...more than enough for mobile...not enough data for downloading
basically you need 30gb data to make 4g+ a factor in your buying decision

Currently with BT on £16 per month for 20gb, unlimited minutes and texts unfortunately I've got very poor reception in my house so I'm going to move to another provider.

Says £16 but when you go to checkout it says £20.
Have been on to BT yesterday and they said 20 pounds is the price and the website is wrong. but today website still says £16. They don't seem to care??

I don't know. Can't help you there. When I had similar problem with Vodafone years ago, they reduced the bill to match.
I just went online and managed to get to checkout page at £21 (no BT account)
Can't proceed passed the basket page at £16 as I don't have BT account
your best bet is to go to the more active thread linked in the OP and ask there. good luck
EDIT: Tried it again and now at checkout I can only pick 2GB SIMO plan eventhough the 15GB wa sin my basket.... wtf :/

i got this sim the other day and had same issue. the solution was to lgout of bt, go to quidco and follow link.
then checkout for the 16 quid offer and sign up with a new account but when it asks do you have broadband click yes and enter info.
bt advised that it can be under separate account/email for up to 10 other accounts at the same address - it workee perfectly although it did do another credit check.
already got the sim!
worked out at £16 per month with £70 cashback, £90 amazon voucher and since ill be claiming it under my business expense ill get tje last £32 vat back too = £0.00 for 12 months :smiley:

after complaining to bt , they sent me a url to follow .
It got me the 16 pound deal but had to sign up to a new dd just like a new customer. it would not let me through as an
account holder even though it gave me the £4 discount. Strange.

did this deal last year when it was only 40 pound gift card had to register for it which was a bit of a hastle,then it didn't turn up so phoned up had it sent straight away then the 1st one turned up so ended up with 80 pound instead of 40.

I didn't count the giftcard. I was only calculating the money that leaves your pocket :smiley: but you are right that it very cheap. on the other thread it seems like the giftcard is a hassle to obtain though
