No, no difference to safety. Having a booster attached to the isofix points in your car just means that you don't have to remember to fasten the seatbelt over the empty seat if you are in the car without your child (it's really important to do this so that the seat doesn't fly around the car in a crash and injure you), but in terms of safety for the child having isofix doesn't add any safety advantage for the child. All a high backed booster is there for is to lift your child up so that the adult seatbelt can protect them properly in a crash. I have used our two Britax Adventure seats for many years, I really like them.

I have the Britax Kidfix XP II, it has a crotch guide for the seat belt so that it's placed in the correct position. I'm looking for another for my car. They are currently £150 but the safest I could find.

I was thinking of getting one too. Amazon have them around 120. I think I need to get it checked it fits my car first. So the one you mention has an Isofix and the adventure doesn't. Does this make a difference to the safety?

Don't really rate britax group 2 and 3 seats as they not that well padded like others... Had a look at halfords yesterday... Recaro Monza 2 Nova was the best...

Definitely, I bought two of these from Halfords the other day and they are by far the best I've ever seen. If you trade in your old booster seats, you get 20% discount plus usual cashback on top. Had mine delivered free and they didn't collect the old ones anyway

practical seat, narrows towards the back so you can access the buckle.
doesn't have arm rests makes it a relatively slim style which helps if trying to fit more than one seat in the back
