Pollock is lovely, a real meaty fish, would just as soon have it as other white fish most of the time

55% fish!!! Better buying the frozen fillets and either battering them, which is cruel btw, or adding breadcrumbs or simply poaching/frying them. At least you know what's in them. Oh and you can give the pussy some......fish that is!
