Spoke to the sales team on the phone, apparently the whole thing was an error and they don't even sell Battlefield 1 so they are refunding all orders.

same thing happened to my unchartered order, last time i use these cowboys id rather pay Amazon more.

Same "Dear John" email, funnily enough last time I tried to order from this company (hardware last time) they had exactly the same issue. Not the best stock control but some you win and all that.

I called them and was told they tried to contact me (I've not got any missed calls) to say it had been discontinued by their suppliers and it was a system error that I was still able to order it. Refund due in 2-3 days.
Oh well, have to carry on looking for a good deal.

Don't forget to keep trying if it says OOS, it holds stock in your basket for 15 mins, so if someone decides to leave it, stock should come back once timed out. (As far as i know)
