I went in store to collect my order they wanted to charge me £60.00 but I showed them my email which confirms total is 2X £15.00 then the supervisor came and took me in this room and asked me how did I get it so cheap because there isn't any offers online, he didn't believe my email and thought I photoshopped it. I wasn't having any of it asked for the manager, it was a sweet lady she came saw the email apologised to me and gave me the items and said it was a misunderstanding because the staff were not aware of this offer and guess what after all the time wasting argument they forget to charge me for the order the manager thought I pilau for it online hahahaha

!/4 ratchet set is a bargain, had one of these ratchets for over 20 years now, ok not the nicest but decent quality, voted hot.

Some of the guys saying "the ratchet sets they bought 20 and 30 years ago" are not going to be the same ratchet sets as they are selling now, they will be by a different manufacturer probably but may still have the same Halfords branding!

These are just the cheapy ratchet sets anyway not the Advance range with Lifetime guarantee..
Good price though for a few cheapy items in there range!

Had email and text confirmation to say they are getting my order ready but not had one to say it is ready for collection? Last time I click and collected with Halfords I did. Anyone else have the same problem?

This was at 12:30 today and it's just gone 4pm and nothing.

I've got an order number at scunthorpe for the socket set and 58 piece ratchet and screwdriver set if they want it? Receipt says £15.

Just picked up my socket set and wrench set and no questions asked.

Went and collected mine from Hedge End Store the guy behind the counter looked at the price and went "Fair price" and I walked out with him heading over to the tools section haha :smiley:

good to get one over on Halfords - my rotten useless cheating branch banned me once a few years ago when I said 'why can't I have my email order?, here are the products' - the cheats tried to say they didn't have any stock

went for 1/4 socket set (I have what they call pro version and it is brilliant - don't know if I need this one TBH) and spanner set (spanners are always needed as I am going trough them quickly)
