Good price but "pre-owned" should really be in the title description!

I realise this is an instore only deal, but the 'Get Deal' button takes you to the pricerunner website, then to Toysrus, should it not link to Game's own website?

That is a bit of a sweeping generalisation and does not apply to all kids. You can easily differentiate between those who give a reasonable/decent service and those who leave professionalism at the door. I don't want someone to bow down to me but a little bit of a professional attitude goes a long way rather than speaking to me like you're down the pub.
£4.99 for this is pretty good. Might pick it up later but right in the middle of a couple of titles now so it will have to wait.

The problem is that they are not paid minimum wage, they get monthly and quarterly bonuses but they still say this exact same **** phrase. Kids a raised to think they are all special and will be rich and famous when they grow up. So they think everything is below them, especially retail jobs.

I wasn't saying i don't do much for my customers, because i understand how it feels to be a customer as well, but at the end of the day most of us are just working for side money while we are at university and such, so there is much more on our plates. I work weekends while i study computer science. But at the same time 'customer service' is only a recent thing. In the old days people would buy their items and leave, not expect to be treated like a queen/king every time they walk into a store. I for one have never made a purchase based on customer service, but I respect it when it's given. I usually know the price of the product and what i want when i walk into that store so there is no need for me to give anyone grief or complain.

If you only pay somebody minimum wage, they will only deliver minimum work.

I have worked in retail previously (although not currently). - I have been employee of the month twice and on the second time, I had only joined the team in the last two weeks of the month. (ie I had been there for only half the month, yet got more customer nominations than those who worked the full month) I am very aware of the work ethic of some of my fellow employees.

Really liked this AC (after the big download patch). Paris looks amazing. Usual AC stuff but smooth and beautiful to look at. A steal at this price.

think what the point is a lot of games are cheap as chips on xb1. I've gone from having 360 and ps3 (ps3 i got for uncharted) to ps4 and just bought xb1 for the cheap games and will carry on using ps4 for online multi player stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I have a feeling you have never worked in retail  HMV and BHS did not close down because the assistant didn't go and look something up so they could make another £9.99. And unfortunately he is right, 80% of my associates are just there for the **** and would not go above by an inch of what they need to do in order to keep out of trouble. Sad but true. What's even worse is that it's getting more and more difficult to hire people who actually want to work or achieve something in life.

Different platform though, and this is surely the cheapest it's ever been on PS4. Anyone know the actual reason it's always so cheap on Xbox via CDKeys yet never that cheap on PS4?

The sad thing is, if the shop doesn't sell enough items then it will close and you will give a donkeys if you are made redundant.

£9.99 at Game online. Unusual for instore to be cheaper at Game. Was in Game shop yesterday and they quoted me £12.99 for Fallout 4 but it was £9.99 at Game online. Asked them to price match their online but they refused so I went home and ordered online with free delivery to my home. Bad business model to not price match their online store and I told the sales guy that but he didn't seem bothered.

He didn't seem bothered because there is nothing he can do. He probably doesn't even give a donkeys. Only there to collect a pay check and go home like everyone else who works those jobs. Including me.

I finally got round to trading in my copy, used trade in deal and Game gave me £7 credit. I wonder if you could buy it then trade it straight back in?
