That is absolutey tragic- considering how the Yanks bought Terry's of York (a chocolate company, older than the USA itself) ran it into the ground, then sacked the workers, closed the factory and shifted production to Eastern Europe.
It seems the people of York have short memories, and would sell their own mothers for 50p. If you live in York, and have bought this chocolate (or any Terrys chocolate in the last 10 years), then frankly, you are worse than sewer rats.

The only thing Quaker regards Kraft/Cadbury's nowadays is Kraft Senior Management should be doing Porridge for what they have done to Cadburys' Chocolate. Smaller too. These were 175g, now 157g.

It's really sad that these companies shift production from the UK to abroad for cost but i guess this can be seen as a sad fact of the way things are today. This isn't an excuse, however, for the appalling drop in quality of our famous British chocolate products. Terrys used to be a byword for class and quality. Now it's just a laughing stock of the world.
I wouldn't eat this sh*t if it was a penny, it's totally vile! If British people had any loyalty and patriotism they would boycott this crap and put the companies out of business, but it seems the obese bargain hunting nation we've become will happily put aside loyalties in favour of a cheap 50p fix of sugary sh*te.
The war veterans who sacrificed their lives for us in two world wars will be proud I'm sure!

Scoffing one now. I didn't realise they've made the segments smaller!!! What a rip off. I'm getting sick of these companies taking shortcuts just to increase their annual profit figures. Toblerone has smaller triangles, tins of quality street etc are getting lighter, dairy milk has rounded edges, wagon wheels/mars bars are smaller and now I find my favourite xmas treat is 10% smaller!!! What is the world coming to?!
