Back in stock at £379 with accidental damage at £35 - 2 year warranty and accidental damage. Remember the 28 day price promise - hopefully they will go back down to £349 or below by Boxing Day. Giving it to a 7 year old so accidental damage sold it for me.

I personally would not be interested the accidental damage rather as someone said got three year warranty then it came down and JL honoured at £345 underb30 day promise.Think I'll wait.

Is this worth an upgrade from the mini 2? Or not enough of an improvement to warrant the cost? I've seen the comparison page but of course an actual opinion is better !

really want to buy this tablet, my ipad 2 has been held with sellotape for the last 3 years. Would have liked this a bit cheaper price drop wise but probably my wishful thinking. Has anyone ever seen this any cheaper? Cash strapped for at this time of year so dont know whether to risk waiting a bit more for sales after Xmas...

I read online somewhere that they're going to be releasing a new iPad Air around March and given that this has been out for so long (2years) it's due a replacement. I'm getting one now as a Christmas present to replace my mums battered iPad 2

Expect if you use it for media without headphones or want to use an Apple pencil. Then you'll notice a massive difference!

Pro is now £499 which is old RRP not worth it IMHO

You wont notice any different in Pro(9.7") and Air2 in real life use. they basically slap on the pro name and made a £100 increase. its ridiculous. its much better to get a higher capacity Air 2 128 gig with £80 change than a Pro at 32 gig.
One thing i have to complain is both Air 2 and pro(9.7" no idea about the big one) vibrate from the speaker even at low level

Already posted this on another thread but will put it here as well - might help someone.
I bought one instore at JL three weeks ago for £379.
Rang today because they had dropped to £349 to get the pricematch. They rang me back and said they had further dropped their price to £341-07 (?) so would be refunded the difference between that and the £379 originally paid, all still with a three year guarantee.
Obviously you now only get the two year guarantee (I think the 3 yr was a limited period a few weeks ago) but ask about the lower price - you might just get it.
