Absolutely crap in comparison to xbox sale lets hope this isnt the lot and why are all the games big budget retail games where's the digital only/budget type games.

Terrible discounts, many of these titles have been sold for cheaper in previous sales

​lol, i bought it from CEX for £12 yesterday. only played it for 2 hours so far. literally just ready to blast off from initial planet for the first time, and I'm kinda already getting bored of the game. I don't mind dropping £12 to see what the game was like. but I'd be **** if I paid day one prices for this game!!

Bit of a mixed bag there. A price such as £30 for No Man's Sky is atrocious, but at the same time I can see NHL 17, F1 2016 and Dirt Rally are all priced competitively compared to what a quick Google suggests the retail price is.

Dirt Rally for ps4 is a good price

Been holding out for dirt rally. Cex had also just put it up to £28!! But digital for £16. Think i'll bite. If my ps4 is on rest mode and click to buy it on my phone, will it be ready to play when i get home?

Well thats a bit crap sale. I expected better.

I picked it up on day one. The first time you get into the sky is awesome, and the novelty of it does last a little while. The problem is that sooner or later the novelty does wear off and it very quickly becomes an incredibly repetitive experience. I think the only reason I played it on and off for a couple of weeks was to see if there was anything more to it (there was not) and just out of a desire to see if it was more enjoyable once you upgraded your ship, ecosuit etc. (it was not). Stuck it on eBay not long after and picked up Deus Ex which was a much more entertaining experience.

A huge shame because it could've been such an incredible game. Definitely worth having a go for £12, though.

I enjoyed it for about 30 hours, then grinded it for another 30 before trading it in...
I'd pick it back up again @ £12 if they added some of the features they promised but as it is, it should never have retailed for more than £20.

KING OF FIGHTERS XIV is a good price when the physical version held is price for long. Going from £32 to £50, the only fighting game I known for years which held its price for so long.

Skyrim at £24.99 but do I really want to go there again. I don't have the 200hrs to spend on it these days like I did when it first came out.

I really wish Sony would provide support for external portable drives like the XB1 has had for a couple of years now. I don't want to be changing the current 1tb drive as my PS4 is still under guarantee for a further 2 years.

I wish that Sony would also discount DLC on games associated with the deal, for example I've got Just cause 3 and if I want the expansion pass it will cost me £19.99 but they are selling the Just cause 3 XL which has everything for £19.99

I bought it when it was £7.95 on the store and it was well worth the money. A totally different type of game. I am not sure the cod generation will have a big enough attention span to complete it though.

I have to agree, one of the best games I've ever played. This, Firewatch and GTA V have been the real stand-out performers this gen for me.

It's nice to have the option of buying games digitally, but they have no re-sell value... for that reason, I'd want these games to be a good 30-40% cheaper than I could get the disc version for, personally.

This is extremely underwhelming considering how much Sony was building up to this. I'm sure loads of these have been cheaper anyway.

I love Life is Strange, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, The Stanley Parable and all the TellTale Games but I thought Firewatch's story was just awful... Desperately dull to start with, building to something interesting in the middle and then falling hard on it's face in the end.
It's graphic style is worth a few merit points but the point of a walking sim is to be told a story and Firewatch is just a bad read IMO.

Yes it's definitely one of those love it or hate it games, and I do fully understand why some people will be on the dislike side. I'm firmly in the love it side though as it just feels real, unlike some other games. Some will dislike the ending as there is no big blockbuster finale, just a real feel about it all.
