Last time I ordered from Adidas, they sent a pair of football boots in different sizes. C/S were incredibly rude and accused me of lying then tried to charge me extra to place the order again as, apparently, they couldn't arrange for a replacement pair to be sent out.
Wouldn't buy from these jokers again even if it were all free.

Whilst I agree with this you have to also consider the opportunity cost of stale stock taking up precious warehouse space for new ranges they could sell in a heartbeat. Having said that the iphone 6 cost £12 to make...

Why was it a nightmare to return parcels? You go on your account and find the item you wish to return, click return and then you print 2 labels. One goes inside the box, the other is stuck on the box. You then take it to your local post office and thats it. I dont see how that is difficult and to say you can try stuff on and then send it back free of charge without question if you dont like it, i think they are pretty good

that why i stoped buying from them. i got a feeling they never heard of the word "customre service" at all....

They came from Germany so returning took about a 5 days.
The refund was instant, however.

Last year, when I bought trainers, 10.5, which is my size, they were slightly too small. Took the insoles out and they fit.
Ordered another set a month or so ago, different design, so I went for 11.5 to be sure.

They were labelled at 11.5 but even my friend, who's size 10 couldn't fit in them. I'll avoid Adidas for this reason.
