Given the weakness of the pound and currency charges from your bank I'd just say to cross check how much you're saving from buying in the UK.
€100 is currently £86, so you're saving £43. Good deal if you don't get stung elsewhere on it
Did the offer, but i dont think it works out to much of a deal IMHO, Breaking Bad, The Pacific (S1), and Space Jam for £55.67.

They don't pay much tax in any country they operate in although I don't blame them. If governments put these loopholes in place companies will take advantage.

It shows postage at checkout. From memory around £3, although in the past I've always had p&p refunded by emailing and telling them that I have Prime in the UK
