It's.....a box of.....chocolates! Well chocolatey/truffley/nutty things. The health conscious shouldn't be bothered about eating them at all. :P

All chocolate products are high in calories because of the fat and sugar content. Sugar and milk are added because pure chocolate in itself is quite bitter and unpalatable for the average person. Sugar doesn't cause diabetes anyway and because you are only concerned about the sugar content in something obviously pretty unhealthy anyway hopefully means we have reached peak anti-sugar hysteria. :smile:

Personally I think the ASDA deal is much better.
Its the Cone with 17 pieces which is 3 for £10, which works out you get 51 pieces for the same £10.

ASDA have the original 24 per pack 300g still at £4 so that works out to be £1.33/100g so not cheaper but you get the "FR Collection" :man:

Asda have the 15 pack @ 3 for £10 -> 9x white, 9x brown, 27x gold

don't like the white variety, so the 48 pack is not as appealing as the Asda offer!

For mass produced chocolate I'd say anything that costs more than £1 per 100g is not hot. And that's for nice 70% cocoa type chocolate. Not Hershey bar's which can't even describe themselves as chocolate...

Just wish all these products would do a 50% reduced sugar version for the more health conscious, why they have to add so much sugar to products when diabetes in the uk is on the increase....
